Adisseo reserves the right to change and update, at any time and without prior notice, the present legal notice/privacy policy and/or the information contained on the website.

Adisseo supplies the PNE Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Conditions of use of the Adisseo PNE Service
Requests to Adisseo for PNE Service on one or more physical samples and/or NIRS spectra must only be made via a specific Internet interface available on the site and accessible to duly authorised persons via a login consisting of a username and a password. PNE Service requests can only be submitted and processed when they are duly completed using this interface.
Any PNE Service request requires the explicit acceptance by the requestor of the conditions appearing in the present document. PNE Service requests are only accepted if the conditions specified below are fully satisfied.
PNE Service requests: NIRS spectra
a) Conditions of analysis
Accessibility to PNE Service requests implies that Adisseo has already standardised and validated the customer’s NIRS instrument and recommended good analysis practices for the acquisition of NIRS spectra. It is for the customer to respect this technical framework and to ensure the proper working of his NIRS instruments in accordance with the instructions given by his supplier. The customer must inform the Adisseo technical contact of any major technical operation carried out by his supplier on his NIRS instrument.
b) Results delivery timescale
The results are sent to the requestor in electronic form only within an hour after the submission of the request via the Internet interface. This timescale is given as an indication and may vary according to the platform’s load.
PNE Service requests: physical samples
a) Conditions for forwarding of samples
Adisseo reserves the right not to perform the PNE Service requested if the sample or samples do not satisfy the conditions described below. The customer will be informed in the email sent on receipt of the samples. The person who made the request for analysis is responsible for the collection and forwarding of the sample under the following conditions:
Minimum sample quantity
The taking of the sample must be done so as to be representative of the batch to be analysed. For reasons of the sample’s homogeneity and of analysis in the near infra-red, it is necessary for it to represent at least 150g.
Packaging, labelling and sending
The samples must be forwarded by the requestor at his own expense and under his responsibility to the Adisseo Laboratory or an associated one. The sample coding, labelling, addressing and sending stages must comply with the instructions and stages described when the PNE Service request is made via the Internet interface. Every sample must reach the Adisseo Laboratory, or associated one, accompanied by a summary of the analysis request printable at the time of the request being recorded via the Internet interface. Physical samples will be packaged in an air-tight, water-tight, resistant plastic flask or bag, in order to preserve the sample’s integrity and labelled identically with the information appearing on the request.
b) Results delivery timescale
The conditions for the provision of the PNE Service, and the provision of the Service itself, are subject to the date of receipt at the Adisseo Laboratory, or associated one, of the sample or samples. The Adisseo Laboratory, or associated one, reserves the possibility to refuse a PNE Service request or to revise the processing timescale in the event of late receipt with reference to the date the request was submitted. If necessary, where there is urgency, a fast, guaranteed delivery service must be used by the customer.
The results are delivered only in electronic form within seven working days following the date of receipt by the Adisseo Laboratory, or associated one, of the sample or samples. This timescale is given as an indication and may vary according to the workload of the Adisseo Laboratory, or associated one.
Conditions of use of results
The results delivered and the associated data remain the property of Adisseo who can use them, in an anonymous, aggregated way, in order to pursue the development and optimisation of its PNE Service.
The results are intended solely for the requestor for his internal use. Any partial or total reproduction of the results by the requestor on behalf of a third party is subject to the prior approval of Adisseo.
Every effort is made to supply accurate, complete results. However, any use of the results and any interpretation or opinion given in relation to these results cannot incur the liability of Adisseo. In particular, Adisseo does not guarantee the accuracy, exhaustiveness, merchantability or appropriateness for a particular use of the results and declines any express or implicit guarantee.
Any use of the name of Adisseo in relation to the results must be the subject of the prior agreement of Adisseo.
Confidentiality
Adisseo undertakes to keep confidential and anonymous all information transmitted by the customer in the context of the use of the PNE Service. The customer recognises that the results of his PNE Service requests are the product of Adisseo’s know-how and shall refrain from analysing them or performing reverse engineering, in particular by data decompilation.
